This service assists customers with personal hygiene, self-care activities, and daily living skills.
This may include but is not limited to meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing, bed making, and vacuuming, when these activities are essential to the health, safety, and welfare of the customer and no one else is available to perform them.
This service provides supportive care and supervision to a customer when the primary caregiver is unable to perform these duties due to a planned brief absence, an emergency absence, or when the caregiver is available but temporarily physically unable to care for or supervise the customer for a brief period.
This service will provided in the individual’s home or family home.
This services provides training and assistance in a variety of activities to support customers with developmental disabilities in sustaining paid employment at or above minimum wage unless the client is operating a small business.
