Personal Care Assistance

This service assists customers with personal hygiene, self-care activities, and daily living skills. This may include but is not limited to meal preparation, feeding, bathing, dressing, bed making, and vacuuming, when these activities are essential to the health, safety, and welfare of the customer and no one else is available to perform them.

Companion

This service supports the social and emotional wellbeing of our customers in the home or in the community. This includes support with meal preparation, errands, appointments, and light housekeeping.

This services provides training and assistance in a variety of activities to support customers with developmental disabilities in sustaining paid employment at or above minimum wage unless the client is operating a small business.

supported Living Coaching

This service may include assistance with the acquisition and/or retention of appropriate housing. This service may also include improvement of daily living skills (i.e. personal hygiene and grooming; household chores; meal preparation; shopping; personal finances; and the social and adaptive skills necessary to enable customers to reside on their own).

Respite Care

This service provides supportive care and supervision to a customer when the primary caregiver is unable to perform these duties due to a planned brief absence, an emergency absence, or when the caregiver is available but temporarily physically unable to care for or supervise the customer for a brief period.

 

This service may be provided in the customer’s own home or family home.
